Looking on rfcexpress.com it appears that Bubble Gum Productions LLC 1-60 (4:12-cv-00262) and Pacific Century International Ltd. v. Does 1-20 (4:12-cv-00698) have been dismissed. The question is why and under what circumstances?

This is a problem many defenders are having. Not getting attorney fees because it is only a dismissal and not a judgement on the merits.
