Benjamin C. Debney just filed an individual suit in Oregon on behalf of AF Holdings.
Looks like it was dismissed: http://www.rfcexpress.com/lawsuits/copyright-lawsuits/oregon-district-court/124294/af-holdings-llc-v-brad-delay/official-court-documents/
Not sure why there is a judgement or what a copyright report is. Anyone?
Here is the docket as it appears in the archive which I think answers your questions. http://ia600409.us.archive.org/24/items/gov.uscourts.ord.109931/gov.uscourts.ord.109931.docket.html
Oregon District Judge Ann Aiken dismissed 34 Oregon Suits, filed by Salem-based attorney, Carl D. Crowell on behalf of Voltage Pictures. She wasn’t buying the scam.

Great news! Always nice to see the contagion quarantined in new territories.
I just got a call from someone who identified himself as Grayson Hawk, said there was a ‘complaint’ filed against me and that I needed to contact the parent company at 844 728 0853 in order to resolve the issue while things were still pending. I know it’s a lie, he sounds exactly like the same person who contacted me three years ago via email claiming that I illegally downloaded pornographic material (which never happened). Has anyone else had experience with this guy?
I’m pretty sure it’s a scam (and the name is most likely fictitious). Copyright trolls don’t operate this way. Just ignore. If it calls again, don’t answer any questions, threaten to report him to the FBI and hang up.
Update: a quick number search confirms 100%: it’s a scam.
