To get each of these new posts going and in an effort to encourage the spirit of those that are new to this vile practice of copyright trolling I am going to post a link to a state specific case where the troll case got slammed which could be used in your Motion to Quash/Sever/Issue a Protective Order.
A cursory search could not find a past or pending troll lawsuit in the fine state of Tennessee.
Voltage Media is sending subpoenas to Tennessee residents to reveal identities of Comcast customers who allegedly downloaded the movie “Adventures in Zambezia.” May 2013
Anybody get a notification of Subpoena for the ISP for the Lightspeed Media vs John Doe case in Tennessee? I just received mine on 5/4 and I have to responde by 5/24.
Anyone know who Inseparable Prez LLC is and what they are suing for? I see they filed three John Doe suits with about 70-80 each in the last month. I can’t find any info about them via “The Google”.

Copyright infringement lawsuits seeking identities of IP address owners flood local courts
I got one of these on Thursday of last week. Zambezia Film PTY LTD. V. Does 1-17.. Case No. 3:13-CV-043. Seems to be the same type of litigation that was quashed in WA. Funny I have until today to file an objection! I just got out of the Hospital on Friday after a Heart Attack…. No Stress!

They are suing for a 2011 Chinese film called “Inseparable”.
