I have uploaded a recent document from a similar case (IO Group, Inc., v. Does 1-50 Inclusive) at a more advanced stage: Sperlein has named 26 defendants, and he is really pushing his idea of conspiracy. Since many Bit-torrent cases and two Sperlein’s cases were dismissed because of improper joinder (see my motions 25 and 38), I believe that it makes a lot of sense to fight against this ridiculous conspiracy claim.
