Has anyone gotten the Prenda Law notices in Nevada? I just got mine. Already looking for an attourney.
If it is AF Holdings or Ingenuity 13, Prenda’s arrogance is unthinkable. Each of these companies is essentially a mini-Righthaven, i.e. non-producing entity that procured copyrights solely for suing people. Nevada courts already ruled on this abuse: No. Standing. To. Sue.

I just got a notice from ME2 productions claiming I downloaded Mechanic Resurrection,which they misspelled Charles C Rainey is there attorney they are accussing 20 of us
