Fight Copyright Trolls
The copyright trolls have invaded the islands! An group consisting of an art network/website, photographers and lawyers have been busy suing businesses for images that appear to have been seeded on the internet. Matthew Chan and Vincent K Tylor of Hawaiian Art Network, since 1999 they supplied images for free off their website, then was publicly quoted to have made a business model of using pic scout. Below is just some of the posts on the subject, and the actual court cases pending, documents and stories.

Unfortunately, porn purveyor copyright trolls previously filed suits for discovery in April & August of 2011.
The 4/21/12 filing by Liberty Media Group is for “Corbin Fisher Amateur College Men Down on the Farm” and involves 12 Does. Third World Media, LLC file 2 copyright troll suits on 8/31/11 involving 35 & 12 Does. One case is for the useful work “Tokyo Cream Puffs #8”.
In all 3 suits, the local attorney for the porn purveyor plaintiffs is Seth M. Reiss of Honolulu, HI. In the 4/21/11 case, Marc J. Randazza also represented the porn purveyor Liberty Media Group/Corbin Fisher Pro Hac Vice.
There are many species of copyright trolls. The ones you mention are clearly closely watched by Matthew Chan and his child of love, ELI. Nonetheless, thanks for sharing this with us, it’s always interesting to see what’s going on different fronts of the same war, and thanks to Matt Chan for bringing attention to our domain, porn bittorent lawsuits, time to time.

I have nothing to do with Hawaiian Art Network or Vincent Tylor. However, I and my team members (through ELI) do report on the shenanigans by Hawaiian Art Network and Vincent Tylor.
