This is a “pure” troll lawsuit: plaintiff has no intention to proceed after collecting ransom payments from some of the Does. The deadline to name defendants was not met (6/10/11), although ISP did provide the names to plaintiff months ago. 10 defendants have settled, one, Doe #34, was dismissed without prejudice earlier and now is being sued in New Jersey (IO Group v. SOMOZA) by a bunch of fraudsters.
The case was voluntarily dismissed with prejudice by plaintiff on 07/13/11
